Yes. Your rebate is calculated as 80% of the cooperating commission offered on your specific transaction. The exact dollar amount depends on what the seller offers (typically 2.5%, but it varies). Our commitment to returning 80% of that amount is guaranteed.

Nothing upfront. You only pay when you successfully purchase a home—and even then, you pay less than traditional models. We retain 0.5% of the purchase price; you receive the rest of the buyer's agent commission as a rebate.
